Four generations serving the community
Back in 1932, Samuel Frame opened a plumbing business on Miami Street in South Bend. He had one truck, one employee and a vision for the future.
Today, four generations later, the company remains dedicated to the same core values important to Samuel Frame in 1932: honesty, quality, integrity and service.

Push and crawler cameras inspect 2” to 36” lines, with color footage you can keep.
Hydro Excavating
Our Vac trucks uncover sewer and water lines without damaging other utilities.
VAC Truck Services
Drywell, catch basin, grease trap, sand trap and lift station cleaning.
Pipe Line Thawing
Flame-less thawing for ½” water lines up to 12” sewer lines.
Point Repair Lining
Trenchless repair of holes and breaks without replacing the whole line.
Sewer Lateral Lining
Cured in place pipe (CIPP) for 3” to 12” laterals up to 300’ long.
Sewer & Water Leak Locating
We find leaks underground and in concrete slabs, and map your sewer line.
Underground Utility Repair
Water and sewer repairs and new installations, with our own backhoe and hydraulic mole.
